Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet products, Good Trouble Gourmet does not accept returns on food items. This policy helps us ensure the safety, freshness, and quality of everything we deliver.
Exceptions may be made in rare cases where a production or shipping error is determined to be the fault of Good Trouble Gourmet. If you believe your order was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise compromised due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (as determined by tracking data) with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to make things right when appropriate. However, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, unattended deliveries, or delays caused by third-party carriers.
